Minimums
$1.75 per serving with a $25.00 minimum; 2-D and 3-D cakes have a $75 minimum.
Appointment Days and Times
If you would like a consult for your PARTY cake, consultations are $25 per hour with a minimum of one hour and includes 2 tasting flavors. This is an additional fee and not included in the price of the cake. Cash payment at beginning of consult.
Consultations are held Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Cake Delivery
Deliveries in Columbus are $20. Deliveries outside of Columbus are priced accordingly.
This "duck in the bathtub" cake is a knock-off of one of Ace of Cakes cakes. The mother provided Cake Dots with the picture and Cake Dots saved the mother $$$$$$$$ and included the smash cake at no cost. There is a difference between Columbus, OH and Baltimore, MD, but still, $$ is $$. Ace of Cakes has a minimum of $1000 per cake. BTW, everything on this cake is edible including the towels, bathtub feet, faucet and handles. :)

Mackenzie wanted an Alice in Wonderland birthday cake and this is what Cake Dots made for her. Everything is edible; Alice, the Mad Hatter, Rabbit, and tea pots and cups are made from white chocolate as are the chairs. The tablecloth and card guards on the side of the cake are fondant.

July 2009 - Cake Dots was totally surprised to receive a call from McDonalds to create a 30 year Happy Meal birthday cake for August 1, 2009. We created this cake and learned that it was a huge success. We have never done anything like this before and were very pleased to get such positive feedback about how the cake looked and tasted. As one McDonalds rep told us, she had just returned from a Chicago party and a similar cake was created for the 30th birthday party there and Cake Dots cake was much better! We were completely blown away because Chicago has such fantastic cake artists. :)
